Nissin Pertechtual Co., Ltd. is a precision manufacturing company headquartered in Kasukabe, Saitama, Japan. Originally founded as Nissin Seiki in 1973, we rebranded in 2023 to reflect our transformation from a traditional die manufacturer into a multi-disciplinary technology company.
With 19 engineers and four specialized divisions, we combine half a century of metalworking expertise with cutting-edge innovations in femtosecond laser processing, AI consulting, and robotics.

Founded as Nissin Seiki
Established in Kasukabe, Saitama as a precision die manufacturer. Started with hand-drawn blueprints and manual machining — building the foundation of craftsmanship that defines us today.
3D CAD/CAM Adoption
Early adopter of digital design and manufacturing technology. Transitioned from 2D drawings to 3D modeling, dramatically improving precision and turnaround time.
GF Machining Solutions Partnership
Invested in world-class equipment from GF Machining Solutions, including wire EDM, sinker EDM, and 5-axis machining centers, establishing our position as a technology-driven manufacturer.
Femtosecond Laser Introduction
Acquired the GF Machining Solutions LASER S 500 U — a 5-axis femtosecond laser machining center. Began development of proprietary HNP surface processing technology.
Rebranded as Nissin Pertechtual
Changed company name from Nissin Seiki to Nissin Pertechtual to reflect our evolution beyond traditional die-making. Launched the AI Consulting division, bringing generative AI expertise to the manufacturing sector.
HNP Patent Granted
Received Japanese Patent No. 7745860 for our HNP (High-performance Nano Processing) femtosecond laser surface treatment technology.
Robotics Division Launch
Established NP ROBOTICS LAB. Became an authorized PUDU Robotics dealer and UNITREE partner, bringing industrial and humanoid robots to Japanese manufacturers.
